We are open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

In the old mill of Torrenieri, once dedicated to grinding wheat and now our winery, we have opened an agritourism pizzeria. Our aim is to celebrate the historical production of this area: flour.
We exclusively use locally sourced products, certified 100% Tuscan.

OUR DOUGHS

  • VERACE: high-hydration, light, and digestible dough, with a puffy crust. It undergoes a long fermentation process lasting up to 72 hours.
  • ALLA TOSCANA: classic thin crust pizza, made from selected Tuscan grains.
  • INTEGRALE: made with ancient Tuscan grains stone-ground, fragrant and aromatic.
